My name is Kamini Kharat. I have completed my education from Sangameshwar College in MA Clinical Psychology.I did internship in mind aid Pune. Doctor Kasar sir and psychologist Vijay Mahale sir both helped a lot there. I did an internship at mind aid for a month but the knowledge I got there is really appreciated. Out of my own experience , Mind aid has been instrumental in helping lot of people find better understanding of themselves and has been helping people overcome difficult situations and disorders in life which often are seen as a taboo . Truly speaking ,the therapy sessions have helped me a lot. Mam made a comfortable and safe environment for me to open up.I could see the positive change in myself, mam has helped me learn a no. of things about myself. Hello Ma'am Just wanted to let you know few changes that I have noticed in my life. After taking your therapy sessions I have changed a lot as a person, these changes are something I never thought I would go through. Like I had mentioned to you that I wouldn't travel anywhere alone or would always change routes if the place was crowded with people. Few months back I wouldn't be able to walk alone on the streets or look people in the eye. I would constantly have this feeling that people are watching my every move and out of fear of embarrassment I would refuse to get out of the house. But now, I travel alone everyday without the thought of people judging me, bother me. I go to shops, libraries doctors and to the market all by myself without worrying and making myself anxious for no reason. Thanks to you because this wouldn't have been possible without you.
